Seal Central Sealcoating

Residential & Commercial Sealcoating Asphalt Maintenance

Residential & Commercial Sealcoating

Seal Central follows a comprehensive process

to guarantee optimal outcomes from beginning to end.

Step 1

Edging

We trim the grass along the edges of the driveway. This practice not only prevents excessive growth but also safeguards the most susceptible area of your driveway: the edges.

Step 2

Power Brooming

Our power broom effectively removes sand and dirt that may adhere to your driveway, while also reaching deep into cracks and low-lying depressions or pits. This ensures optimal adhesion of the sealer and tar to the asphalt.

Step 3

Power Cleaning

A power blower is employed to meticulously remove all debris from your surface, such as rocks, sand, dirt, leaves, and other materials that may be on your asphalt.

Step 4

Application

The mixture is applied generously and uniformly by hand to guarantee adequate and consistent coverage.

Step 5

Coverage and Barricade

Great care is exercised during the application of the mixture to your driveway or parking lot, ensuring that the sealcoat does not come into contact with your grass, sidewalks, garage door, and other areas. Subsequently, we secure the entrance area with wooden stakes and banner tape to restrict access to your driveway or parking lot, allowing the sealant to cure and settle for optimal protection. It is advisable to keep traffic off the surface for approximately 24 to 48 hours.

“Damian walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable before we came to any decisions and I now have a beautiful yard and driveway. I will be referring you to all my friends.”
